LGFA Valentines Run
What a morning at Na Dúnta last Sunday! We had a fantastic turnout for our annual 5k 10k Valentines dash. Well over 200 entries took to the start lines between our 2 distances as people of all ages turned out.

The Downs Dragons
The Downs Dragons continued last Saturday with an array of great fun had by all. It continues every 2nd Saturday at 12 p.m. in the clubhouse. New members always welcome. Next date for the diary is Saturday Feb 29th. Free jersey on registration for new members.
Pre Loved Gear Shop
The Downs LGFA will be running a Pre Loved Gear Shop over the coming weeks.
If you have any football boots, jerseys, half zips, shorts etc that don't fit but have plenty of life in them why not donate to our Gear Shop. The items can be passed to Liz (Kids Cove) or contact Paula 087-6411149/ Niamh 085-837 9798

Sympathy
The club extends its deepest sympathies to our club treasurer Anthony Rowan his wife Trudie and their daughters senior footballers Aoife and Niamh on the sad passing of Anthony’s mother Lena Rowan late of Marlianstown, Mullingar earlier this week. We also extend our sympathy to the extended Rowan and Kirby families on Lena’s sad passing
