Men’s League Fixtures St. Patrick’s Weekend 2023
Friday March 17th: Division 1 The Downs V Garrycastle (Home) 11.00 a.m.
Sunday March 19th: Division 4 The Downs V Ballinagore (Away) 11.30 a.m. (Round 3)
Monday March 20th: Division 3 The Downs V Moate All Whites (Away) 8 p.m.
Note: Venue Change for Div 3 game v Moate All Whites (Moate Community College)
Scór na nÓg
Congratulations to all the Downs competitors who took part in the Scór na nÓg Semi-finals on Friday evening in Kilbeggan. Solo singers: Aoibheann Smyth and Isabella Carroll, Recitation Emma Conneely and Alanna Corroon. Ceoil Uirlise: Ellen Connaire, Bailey & Taylor Shiels. Set Dancers: Aaron Connaire, Orla Rijksen, Leah Bardon, Billy Carroll, Bailey Shiels, Taylor Shiels, Conor Cleary & Ellen Connaire and Novelty Act Aidan Tuite, Aidan Quinlan, Grace O'Neill, Senan O'Neill, Orla O'Connell, Sophie Moore, Darragh Colgan & Sean Corroon. Na Dunta had 2 qualifiers in the Recitation category as well as success in Novelty Act, Ceoil Uirlise and Set Dancing. These competitors will take part in the county final The Downs on 26th March.

Underage Training Cancelled
All underage training was cancelled this weekend due to the adverse weather conditions. We will be back up and running next week.
Club gear can be purchased from Carmel during underage training in the Club Shop. We have a range of new items so why not come down and have a look!!

Bingo continues every Friday night at 8.30 p.m. All new members welcome.
